In 2004, Lucia Eames and the Eames family embraced the concept of “caring deeply” by creating the Eames Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to preserve and protect the Eames House and to provide educational experiences that celebrate the creative legacy of Charles and Ray Eames.

That’s what our client, Las Vegas businessman Nick Santucci, is doing with his Mulholland house. Santucci says of his pad, “There’s a very hip, Viceroy Hotel vibe.” Recently, Angelino Magazine ran an article describing the house by saying, “…the entry features a motorcycle hovering over a pond, while a boat floats in the pool. The interior public space – all gleaming white floors with Atomic space-age furnishings – is designed around a bar and conversation groupings. Plus, there’s a private hot tub room, tanning bed, theater, and outdoor bar.” Not long ago, the house was the location for a Kelly Rowland video shoot.

Last week Valerie was interviewed by the producers of Inside Edition regarding the house for sale next to The Brady’s house. The seller can’t understand why her house hasn’t sold, despite the popular location. Perhaps it’s the tour buses stopping to let passengers take pictures and the lack of privacy that entails.
